Totally agree Tony, if that’s what’s happening. If Norton is reneging on the original spares arrangement - business decision or no - then that’s way more than disappointing, for reasons discussed at length. Let’s not go off ‘half-cocked’ though. Do we have someone UK based willing to make a few calls? I’d do it myself, but don’t want to muddy the waters by adding an overseas number to the conversations.
