Wow, I understand that Norton don't want to be bothered selling replacement parts for a model that they are sun setting.Why can't they just put out a list of parts, with part numbers, and the distributors/dealers that THEY buy from?This will at least garner them some appreciation from owners trying to keep their 961s on the road.Good grief Norton!!!
