Shouldn't it have the early Fastback mufflers but upswept?

Non PR (original) parts appear to include seat, alloy tank, fairing, rear brake and shift linkage, foot pegs (rubber) and mounting plates (stock Commando, not Norvil), exhaust pipes (not tucked in), wrong kick start lever, wrong side covers, non-Norton silencers, steel rims instead of alloy, bar end mirrors, front drum brake instead of Norvil disk, and probably more if inspected closely.

This is what an original 1971 PR looked like from the 1971 advertising brochure. But somewhere towards the end of the 1971 deliveries, they switched to the later side covers and peashooter silencers.

This is a picture of a 1971 PR built in June 1971 and delivered in December 1971, showing the later style side covers and silencers.
