750 Commando at 113 MPH at Bonneville today!

Congrats to Sal Pizzano of Chula Vista, CA. He hit 113 today (actually 112.966) on his stock 750.

Last time I saw him he was tightening his chain and chanting to his bike to take him to 115 tomorrow.

Go Sal.

Also eric Patterson (UK) set a new record for his class, on a Norton powered by a JAP engine, at 120 MPH.

Praise be to the gods of speed!!!!

I was there, set a new AHRMA class record (Historic Production Heavyweight) of 91.948 MPH.

The salt was awesome (an overused word, but appropriate in this case).
