74 850 commando exhaust bracket question

hello,
can anyone point me to a picture of how the reverse cone exhaust brackets by the foot pegs piece together there? i have everything but the exploded diagram is confusing me for some reason. how do those three plates piece together with the rubbers? thank you very much for any advice
