72 Combat Rebuild

Just thought I'd show you all a couple pictures of the bike I've been asking all the questions about... a 72 Combat. Picked it up for 600 bucks 3 years ago. I pulled it all apart then let it sit till I got up the motivation to finish it this April. It's been coming right along... still have to finish wiring it and install the oil tank and lines. (I'm realizing that I'm going to have to remove the battery box compartment in order to fit the tank it... wish I had thought about that before I installed the box) Anyway... hopefully I'll have this thing running in a couple weeks or so. I don't know what I'd have done were I minus the knowledge I picked up on this forum... thanks to you all for that.

Mitch, I wish I had the ability to keep my shop/garage as neat and clean as you. I spend half the time looking for shit.
