70 Fastback tailpiece question

Anyone know the correct order of hardware in regards to how the front of the tail piece goes on the upper shock mount bolt?

The way I mounted it on my 71 Commando is; Tail piece on bike with side ears resting against rear shock mount holes, then a plain washer, insert shock / seat mount bolt through washer- tail peice- outer shock mount -frame plate- shock upper mount bushing and through inner frame plate. Secure the bolt with a flat washer and a lock nut. That should do it. Hope this was helpful. Craig
