I've got the pistons all worked out but have one more question.
Some of the 650SS flat top pistons have a chamfer on the OD of the crown. Some do not. So I guess its not necessary. Especially if the piston is smaller in diameter than the combustion chamber dome. I don't see an interference problem so I see no need for the chamfer. I'd like some confirmation on that - especially on the .040" overbore.
