It's possible the PO "cleaned" the pilot jet with something other than the proper sized wire drill. As tiny and soft as these are, they can get hogged out larger than what's listed on the side. If you have access to a wire drill set, the 32.5 is translated as 0.325mm, or 0.0128". The closest wire drill is a #80 at 0.0135", putting you into the 35.0 realm for your pilot jet size. As you can see, once you get below a #35 pilot, you're out of reach of available drills.
I would suggest you purchase and install a new #32.5 jet to remove that variable.
