I've started doing a series of quite boring videos, showing the differences that I've found comparing a 2022 Solihull built bike (registered September 2022), to a 2018 Donington build.
Once Ive freed up some spare time, I'll strip down the engine and compare the internals.
End goal for all this is to have a comprehensive list of components from Brummie Norton that will fit Dono Nortons.
Keep in mind these are very rough videos, no script and no polishing up....straight to and off my phone.....so don't expect anything pop corn worthy 🤣

Excellent stuff Stu !

When you get to the engine stuff, check out Brian Gillen’s MV videos for some inspiration.

I'm even excited about that fuel rail mounting. Looks so much cleaner with rubber backed washers etc

The fuel rail mounting remains the same, the map sensor has a redesigned bracket that is rubber mounted though. To be honest though, the only map sensor concerns I've ever known have been when they were running Chinese knock off sensors....never known a Yamaha sensor fail on a euro 4 Donington bike.

My Donington fuel rail is solid mounted without the rubber grommet.

The rails on all the bikes we have worked on are not like that at all. They are basically a round tube!!
