Hello, can anyone please tell me if the 750 SS front mudguard is a shortened standard Commando item and does anyone have the dimensions of the mounting brackets for me to make some?

Short answer is yes, it is a shorter version of the standard Commando. However there are no drilled holes for the center mount, front or rear stays, has two holes for the spring mounts, and (as far as I remember) is the narrow, chrome blade as used on the '68-'70. The '71 Commando front fender was chrome and wider than the '68-'70 to accomodate the wider 4.10H-19 front tire. The stainless fenders began on the '72 models.
