1968 side cover

Hi all

Trying to figure out what the round disk is below and forward of the primary side cover is and where I can get one.

It's the Zener diode heat sink plate, actually, two plates 060544.

In addition to the plates (and the Zener diode, nut and washer) you would need;

060853 bracket

As I am doing away with the zenor diode can anyone help me with the diameter of the plate so I can make a "dummy" one.
