Are there 2 discs spot welded together either side of the chaincase that slide over the slotted hole ?, mine looks exactly like the other posters & has unfortunaley been powder coated with what appears to be the 2 discs in place and appear immovableThe Disc slides accross a slotted hole in the case .

cheers, yes did that last night & managed to not destroy the powdercoat which was handyYes. Drill out the spotwelds and purchase new discs from AN. they are not very expensive.
