If you still wish to cancel your PayPal subscription follow the instructions below:
PayPal subscriptions must be cancelled directly through your PayPal account. They cannot be cancelled from the Access Norton website.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Payments.
- Select Subscriptions and Saved Businesses.
- Find Access Norton and click Cancel.
You can also update the payment method or view agreement details there.
