How to cancel PayPal Membership

Thinking of cancelling your PayPal membership?

PayPal subscriptions must be cancelled directly through your PayPal account. They cannot be cancelled from the Access Norton website.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Select Subscriptions and Saved Businesses.
  5. Find Access Norton and click Cancel.

You can also update the payment method or view agreement details there.
