Well, that didn’t take long. Best to know WTF you are talking about before you post and look like a fool.

Buckminster Fuller is man behind the geo dome , a proud Canadian maybe , anyway a buddy of mine many years ago was a master carpenter and had taken some architecture courses at Universty and studied up on Buck ... he made several projects based on the math ... couple funnies first he spent some time making a small example of clear pine and was quite proud , his Dad a master carpenter with 50 yrs said , give that waste of time to me and proceeded to break it with his bare (bear) hands , the other was a series of 25 ,3 legged stools of 3/4 plywood based on Buck's math again, a bunch of us were drinking at his place buddy say that a funny looking stool the builder say you could park a tandem dump truck on , so fella gets up pulls stool out and jumps on the seat , the stool collapsed and we all had a good laugh ... seriously though back in late 80's or early 90's this same builder won a plywood project from "popular science mag." (maybe?) any way I'm talking all of NA ... he built a table based on the stools but top was 3 sides or 6 you just picked top up and spun it , the leaves were attached by piano hinges and it worked well , prize came with a $1000 USD first prize , remember him telling me , he had already built table when he read of contest , the plywood was to be unfinished second grade , he had to sand finish off and knock around some before he entered photos and his write up .... yup I'm a fan of the domes, have stumbled across several built by the Hippies that came up here for cheap land back in 60's & 70's , way back in the woods ... and the structures were sound other than some decay .... googled Bucky after posting this old tale and see I am mistaken he was a Proud American , sorry for the mis-info , never my intention ...

Not even close.

...and there won't be any crowds traipsing through the building...

Building looks great GP... Bet you're gonna miss those brush trips with a roll and shovel now.

He was prolly using moss ! we all know ‘bout the TP brigade buying all they could carry ....

Thats a very well thought out "clubhouse" you have GP, I can only drool.

Are wives or women of any sort allowed? And if so how much of their stuff will you allow them to "store" in your new mancave?;)

Or do you, like so many not have any choice in the matter?

Q: are wives allowed?
A: how else would the kitchen and toilet get cleaned?

Q: how much of their stuff is allowed to be stored?
A: behave yourself man !

This is Texas and a man hangs the roll on the nearest rattler.... He's got plenty of those where he is too. Suppose to use cactus in lean time anyway.... I really like his building however he chooses to use it.

I think I see a Montessa in the pile.
Jaydee
Sharp eyes, it's a Rickman Montessa 250. I raced Dave Aldana on it in 2008 at the Sandia Classic. He lapped me on lap 2 of a 6-lap race, I think I completed 4 laps but I DID take 2nd to him!

My wyfe isn't much interested in the entire ranch/building, except once we have the place complete, with lights, A/C, and nobody living in the RV so we can "camp" there on weekends.
