Hail woods TT comeback to go big screen.

nice idea, but I predict now the racing sequences will be very bad, for anybody that knows the subject.

And all wonderfull engine noise MUST be totally obliterated with loud music. Hailwood will have an American accent, Filming will be done at Daytona to avoid those nasty bendy foggy roads.

I freaking hope not!
There can be no excuse to pump out a crap movie, there is plenty of film out there from the Duke Marketing amongst other, plus modern on board cameras from the modern era, plus the new 3D tricks that they can use.

If it ends up as good as 'Rush' 2013 and 'Ford vs Ferrari' 2019 then it will be a good film.

I’m with a Norton Bob... Hailwood will be from Texas... riding a bike he built on his Dads farm... with help from Harley Davidson...

Knowing how the yanks like to manipulate history on film, you are probably right.

A HD?, may not be that bad, I watched Lance Weil race a HD back in the day , that was pretty unusual in the UK, spoilt the moment when I annoyed his mechanic by telling him that his brake lever mount was coming unscrewed!!. Many of the Duke Vids were ruined by music.

Well they're going to have to jazz it up somehow as from where I was watching it looked like Hailwood was out for a Saturday afternoon bimble.

Music on the Duke videos will be no problem for the film cuts, just turn the sound off and put your own Ducati engine noise on there.
I too watched Lance race the iron head HD mainly at Brands Hatch, he certainly could finish in the top 5 sometimes winning. Unfourtunely Lance was killed in a workshop accident in the 2006 (not sure about the dates)
