We will be having our annual "TURN 6" event with an INOA Membership Drive, "BIG DOG" luncheon, snacks, water, beverages, door prizes, & raffles.

The luncheon is available for Norton racers FREE, Norton owners, enthusiasts, riders, INOA members, and their guests for a nominal donation.

Pit crewing for #179 again, but I'll zip over for lunch unless he's in the first race after.

See you there! Except in 2019 not 2015 (although I may have been there in 2015 too).

I'm on the fence about making the trek to Barber, I love riding the track but know zip about the event. RV slots on site are long gone (1 hr after they went on sale) so we'd be stay down the road about 20-25 minutes and are wondering about the trek to and from the track every day. Any input is appreciated.

It's pretty easy to get in and out of the park. I got tickets to Barber for this year. I've been about 4 times and used to work the "Ace" corner gate frequently. I know I'm new to the forum but I have already joined INOA. Looking forward to meeting some of you.

Cheers.

Thanks, still on the fence but that helps.

I am camping in Lot B with all the miscreants. Not sure if there are any spaces left. Plenty of hotels in the general area.

On the fence about what? Have you never been to this event?

If you have the slightest interest in old bikes this is the place to be.

We’re staying in a hotel, drive to the entrance and taking the shuttle bus in. Vehicles are not allowed into the park (except bikes) which is a good thing. It was getting crowded.

Here’s a short video that will give you an idea of some of the stuff to see.

Thanks for the video, it's what I expected to see during the event and I've been through the museum a few times and taken the Kevin Schwantz riding school, when he offer it at Barber. I just dunno if the SO could tolerate the experience. I'm thinking she'd be hanging at the Campground (offsite) and I'd be solo stumbling 'round the place (not a bad thing). If there were RV sites on the grounds (they sold out in 1 hour) it would be a different story and I'd be there. May have to flip a coin or ????. Oh and I do like old bikes, I have 72 Suzuki TM250J, '72 Commando and '78 Triumph T-140 in my modest stable of misfit moorsicles.

There is a SLIGHT chance I can go this year, but I can't race due to not having competed in another race already this year before this event.

There's a guy with some ultralight parts for sale in Gasden, and If I'm going to fetch them, I'm going to Barber's after making the 900 mile trek.

Sure would like to race there again, but it would have to be on my Triumph...

Things are coming together for us at Norton Hill! Make sure all of you stop by. It's a great place to hang out with a fantastic group of Norton people and friends and talk Norton.

Those of you that are members of the INOA, bring your INOA card on Saturday for free Thank You gift :)

Looking forward to meeting everyone again and Hope to see you at the luncheon on Saturday, October 5, 2019!

Great time as always! Maggie puts on a great party.

A Big Thanks to Maggie and her helpers for a great time.

Sorry I was not able to make lunch on the Hill. Pit work can be hectic when things don't go as planned.
