Hi.
There is an oil leak from the primary, not from the bottom joint of the inner/outer chaincase cover but from the sealing disc trough the gearbox mainshaft.
Of course oil leak only with bike running.
I think that i cannot do nothing for eliminate such leak, the ring of the sealing disc is in good working condition.
But i dont know why it leaks, my p11s and G15 dont leak, and the system is the same.
Sugestions are apreciate.
Thanks.

axles, shafts where they meet gears, spacers sprockets. RTV room temperature vulcanising sealer.

I split the discs by drilling out the spot welds that held then together. Then bonded a gasket of 1/16" synthetic cork to the inner cover as shown below. Then fastened discs together with small screws, red Locktite, and tightening screws to allow a snug sliding fit.

I applied wheel bearing grease to the cork gasket before reassembling the discs.

The gasket forms a channel that drains oil around gearbox mainshaft.

My Atlas primary is presently 100% leak tight.

primary leaks are the most likely and the most difficult to fix. box leaks are not so common except on early bikes. Usually you can see the oil color which will give a clue.
