Commando part #NM 15838/ 06 7201 bracket for cross tube

Can anyone tell me where this part belong please. It's shape resembles your thumb with a hole at the top and having a flat end, also, does anyone have the part # for the S side panel brackets which are fiber glassed on to the panel David

My parts books don't list a separate bracket, only the complete cover. You might try emailing Phil at Andover Norton and ask about bracket.
