My needles have fallen off both tack and speedo and jiggle like crazy. But they haven’t jammed at all. Unfortunately the lens is glued. I damaged it trying to get it apart. Anyhow, I’m chiming in because this happened to my truck. The stepper motor stripped or let go and it put it out of calibration and there was no way to fix it so I had to replace it.  If its under warranty just get a new one. Put in a claim sooner than later.
