worm drive saw oil for swing arm?

I just changed my saw oil with Skil (Bosch) 80111 worm drive lube oil that I got from home depot. It's pretty thick, like a 140 weight. Shouldn't be a problem putting the remainder of the tube in the swing arm, should it?
 
I would be surprised if you could stop it leaking out. Why not sort out a gravity feed system, then you only ever have to top up your oil reservoir every few months or so. Check out this subject.

Or chain saw bar oil?
Stick as a sticky thing.
Some even use it for drive chains.
 
Still leaks out of my Husqvarna saw on to the floor, be better than nothing
