Looking over your pictures Dan, I have confirmed a relatively stock Commando in all it's Ham Can glory is one fine looking motorcycle. And FF Blue makes it even nicer..........:cool::cool:

I already bought a pair of Wolverine Wellington Boots and ordered a Bell pit Boss helmet. Now all I need is a leather jacket and I think that should provide me with adequate protection.

Pull the idle up a little. Less than 1000 rpm you probably have zero oil pressure….or just don’t idle it. I do like the color and the year although I’m a 750 fan. The only 850 I’ve owned.

15 PSI oil pressure at idle.
