Anyone using or recommending any? P11 has a lousy side stand (to be addressed at a later date) so just looking for something to keep it upright without having to resort to little blue pills :)

I assume cheap cr*p will be cr*p, though outlets like M&P do list cheaper ones!!

I use Bumpstop.

Not the cheapest. But excellent quality and MADE IN ENGLAND.

Will be buying 1 or 2 more for use in the van next year and will definitely buy Bumpstop.

A word of warning about those devices. If you overwinter your bike and it happens to lose front tyre pressure for whatever reason, the bike will fall over taking the stand with it unless it's fixed to the floor. Then if you right the bike and stand then pump up the tyre you will not be able to remove the bike from the stand (ask me how I know these facts  ).

I made 3 chocks out of 2x4 yrs ago to transport 3 Ducati via enclosed trailer to a far off Euro-bike meet … surprising how many knockoffs have shown up in our Club since ,made them a little oversized so you must use a short 3/4” board jammed between upright and rim to hold bike , they work great and the loss of tire pressure is not an issue 😉

I found out that it you use them as a pit stand, when you come back after a session with a hot tyre, getting the bike off the stand later can be quite difficult since the tyre glues itself to the chock... Makes for an entertaining sight I'm told!
