What type of exhaust for power. (2019)

I'm picking this thread back up from page 12, but I don't recall anyone mentioning Interstate pipes. I realized the main reason for them was to allow for panniers, but I believe their baffling is different from either black caps or peashooters, (I won an auction for a set on e-bay, but haven't used them yet). Can anyone comment on them from experience? I'm guessing they are tuned more for the low to mid range of the power band.

A friend of mine has them on his 72 Combat Interstate. His motor revs freely all the way to the top. I'd say they're a bit quieter than my Roadster's peashooters but it still sounds like a Commando.
