Does anyone know what the story is with the non-functional RGM website? I am trying to buy their T-160 style Folding kickstarter for the Commando but I am getting nowhere….fast! The “buy” button on the site is not working, the E-MAil contact template is not working and my attempts to get purchase information from them via alternative E-Mail addresses has been cryptic and un-productive. Are they really in business currently? I don’t think I have ever experienced such a disfunctional on-line business. I really would like to send them my money for this part but have run out of ideas on how this can be accomplished.

I disagree. The original question was perfectly fair, and I don't see any responses that deserve their writers being labelled ghouls. If RGM are impossible to get hold of and people want to buy their stuff, it's in their own interests to get things sorted out.
What?? I guess things have changed. This is my first interaction with RGM. Im not sure how trying to buy one of their products qualifies s “picking at the wounds”. As far as a first rate business, also not sure how having a non functional business website and not returning messages indicates first rate business practice. If they are having difficulties maybe they should explain that on their home page.

Just send them an email and they’ll get back to you when they can. I placed an order with them a week or so back via email and no problems.

I never had any problems with ordering parts from them when I was upgrading my Norton years ago, but I think they been having troubles finding someone who knows how to run their web site and to set it up for smooth running, the person they had doing all that moved on and they having troubles finding a replacement person, other than that they still running the business just as normal just the web site is the problem as things change and dealing with the web makers is also a problem for them.

They look to have gone down the route of a custom website and the programmers wanted more than they can justify. Websites are cheap now but they seem to lack the knowledge to get hold of one of these cheap sites such as a shopify one to replace emte one they lost/abandoned. The website cost they were being charged now being saved means they are still operating in a fashion.
