Cafe, I just take the 3 fasteners on the forward part of the fender off and then loosen the ones on the taillight and rotate the fender down so I have access to the horn without bothering the wiring,etc Saves you some time for a lousy job but myself like the way the horn is placed but don’t use it that often.
