75 mile ride today with a friend to Lambourn, home of horse training. 63 mpg😃 Lovely weather and some awesome roads. Then out of the blue, I inadvertently touched my horn button and what the heck? It worked. Not for long though so I was thinking the horn itself was probably ok

Upon my return I checked the wiring in the headlight with a bulb and the switch worked perfectly. Time to test the wiring at the horn so I set to pulling the rear end apart.

Bulb test showed wiring all good so I tightened the adjuster 1/16, nothing. Back and then 1/16 anti-clockwise. Bingo! A dab of thread lock for good measure and then a good clean before reassembly.

Note light cluster hoisted to save unwiring it all.
