So, wait, you park the bike on the street for the winter, all bagged up. Then you leave the country for the winter in hopes that nothing happens to your bike. If something did, it would just lay there since you're out of country anyway. Then when you return in the spring you find out how your bike faired during the winter? Wow! Poor bike! I don't know that I could bring myself to do that. I would much sooner leave such a restrictive residence in Toronto, or rent a space in someone's garage to store the bike. You must have friends with garages. Either way, I would love to see the final result of your bagged bike before you leave the country for the winter.
