Most know I run a website. Most web sites are under attack at all times. I use various tools to detect the attackers and block them (firewall) from reaching my server in any way. I have thousands of addresses blocked. Most attacks today are performed by zombie computers. For instance, you get a virus that quietly starts using your computer to try to break into others to try to get info and you don't even know it.

Most of these come from other countries. I do no investigation if they are from certain countries - I simply block them permanently. When they come from places where people interested in my site come from, I try to be sure what they are.

Today, I'm being attacked by a single computer in Portland, Oregon. This link is one of the tools I use, and it gives info on the computer or ISP I'm talking about: https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/66.160.140.183

If you go here: https://www.whatismyip.com/ you can see if that is your computer or your service provider.

At any rate - it is now blocked. If it is you, let me know when the problem is resolved, and I'll remove the block.
