I do still have the original rectifier. It will need to be replaced. I used the original diagram as much as I could but the wires have been changed and a lot of them are not matching up. I'm going to wait till I get my electronic ignition to start taking the harness apart. That way I can replace/remove wires as needed. I will keep u all updated on the progress. I'm at a stand still right now until I receive some parts in the mail. There are no places to get Norton parts in my area. :?

Does that thing say Mighty Max or something like that on it?

Just take a drive down to Rabers if you can't wait. :mrgreen: Actually if you order from Old Britts it will get to you in a couple days.

But while you're waiting you should try to tag as many wires as you can. Oh, and keep reading all of the wiring threads in the forum.
