TTI Box problems

I found an oil leak under my 920 the other day, which was alarming to say the least. It doesn't leak from anywhere, or should I say hasn't until now. It was obviously gear oil & seemed to be coming from the sprocket area, so off with the primary & ordered two new seals from simply bearings for the sleeve gear & mainshaft. Whilst I'm waiting for them to arrive I thought I may as well pull the cluster out to check it over. It all looks fine as I would expect for 8000 miles but the kickstart ratchet gear has several chipped teeth. It would seem it has been over hardened or it's just not up to the job. Has anybody else had this problem?

I replaced the change drum in my box. And when I put oil in the box, it leaked. I'd sealed it with silastic - not smart. I got so pissed-off, I just walked away and left it. I still have not fixed it, however I am getting better.
