Good evening,

does a E3892/E3906 crankshaft fit to a 5T crankcase?

A 650 crank can be put into a pre-unit 500 crankcase. You’ll have to space the 500 barrel up a bit.

Is that what you’re asking?

I have a 650 barrel E4546, too.
