Tappet clearance - a thermal analysis

Well all I can say it works for me and my motor has never let me down in 47+ years and how many Norton motors have been rebuilt with less than 10k miles on the clock or little mileage in 50 years and as I say my Norton was an everyday rider till 2013 when I retired.
Who knows they can put anything on packaging and we wouldn't know any better and it has added zinc for our old motors but who knows that could all be a load of B S.
