I may be shot down on this one, but I think the front half of the frame is the same as the Commando, in which case, https://coloradonortonworks.net/part-categories/961-norton-workshop-manuals.html, will help. It's pretty easy to do.

Five minutes. Unplug fuel line hose (press button on side of connector) and fuel pump connector. Remove large seat bolt behind tank and then the Allen head bolt underneath. Finally remove two bolts at either corner of the front of the tank. Put a rag over the dipstick and carefully remove the tank.
