Hi, I picked up a 1977 750 Triumph that needs some TLC. I consider my self a Norton person , so much of what I need to do to the bike is the same.
The disc brake rotors need to be re surfaced. I am wondering what is the best to do , Blanchard grind & leave un chromed, Grind & have hard chromed, or buy new chromed from Who ? has best price in USA?
Thank You

Well, I had the same problem with my discs. Buying new is expensive, so I just had mine turned at the local auto parts machine shop ... man do they work great now :D (cheap too) Way better than when they were OEM chromed, so ... I wouldn't have them rechromed. They will get rust spots on them when wet, but I just keep them wiped off. The added braking efficiency is worth it :D Just my 2 cents though, cheers !

this looked really good to me. Cj
Yes. I asked for that specific drill pattern. He had several disks that he showed me with several patterns. It is strange but I wanted something that wasn't too "swoopy" if you get my drift. I got exactly what I wanted. Price was $109 with shipping.
