What is the installed valve spring height supposed to be on a stock 750 Commando? Or seat pressure or pressure over the nose ?

A friend is attempting to get his head together (ha ha). He got a set of "stock" valve springs but lower rate and smaller OD wire than the ones that came out. (outers new 'uns @.141" vs old 'uns @.155") . A friend had spare used and measured them at .155", actually .1545", but another friend measured a set he had that was .141"

Any advice is appreciated.

seat pressure with new springs is usually around 95 to 100

good used is 85 or 90
