I have some problems regarding spokes for my Commando.
On http://www.feked.com/wheels/wheel-spoke ... pokes.html are a lot of spokes advertised. But unfortunatley no know part-nos are supplied. :( I have no clue what a «cotton reel» is. So don't know what to order :(
Can somone tell me which spoke sets I should order there to build a disc brake front wheel and a drum brake rear wheel.

Cotton reel = Bobbin.

Thank you for the links :D
But what's a «Bobbin» in this context :(

Dear Les,
On the Www.Feked they say "Stainless Steel Spoke Set - Norton Spokes Cotton Reel - Equal - Rear 19".

But the rear MK III is a conic not like a cotton reel like front.

Are good for MKIII rear hub?.

Thanks.

Ciao.

Piero

P.s.: in italy say "bobbina"

I don't think so. I think the cotton reel 'rear' hubs were the type fitted to early post war models.

As you said, the 850 MkIII rear is a conical hub.

If feked don't sell the MkIII rear spokes (or are currently out of stock) then there are plenty of other suppliers, such as Devon, Hagon, CWC, etc..
