Hi
Project bike has knackered threads on both speedo & rev counter, these are green dot. Does anyone know the thread? I will need to replace them completely as PO has forced the wrong nuts on & I have 2 that have broken free in the cases & not an inch of thread left on any of them.

Thanks Chris

2 BA.

(Although I think the Veglia thread could be M5).

Heading to Wales on Thursday! Wish me luck....

Ran the Rickman on Monday, but still need to strobe it tomorrow. (Been busy since Cadwell. New one piece rear disc from Dick Hunt (and respaced caliper mounting to suit), new belt pulley (great service from Bob Newby)...now marked up for TDC and 31 degrees thanks to napanortons degree wheel mounting), new belt, cam driven boyer versus crank triggered, rejigged and repacked exhausts FOC from NRP, rejigged shocks turned around rapido and done FOC by Maxton, changed to twin pull throttle and cable, new carb sleeve rubbers, tightened a few things....all after a total of maybe an hour and a quarter of track time and a visit to the dyno!....feeling a bit nervous about two practice sessions and 8 races now!)

(Have new piston for the Yamaha and collected the rebored barrel today....reborer complained how hard the steel of the liner was to bore, and felt nervous about the 0.003" clearance recommended! With a forged piston, me too! but back with that for Brands I hope)
