I use high beam in daylight. I don’t at night of course, the dazzling effect would be dangerous. But it doesn’t dazzle in daylight, it might annoy a few easily annoyable folk, but I don’t see any reason why I should give a flying f**k about that / them.I’ll take anything that helps put the odds slightly in my favour when faced with half blind, distracted, uncaring drivers.
