I installed my craddle/swingarm over the weekend. The inside threads on my rubber isolators (muffler hangers) are making contact with the swingarm. The threads on the isolators are much longer than they need to be. I can shorten them but it would be nice to source a proper part. Is this a common problem/issue?

There are a lot of Mini exhaust rubber mounts sold for Commandos, they are wider, have longer studs and the rubber has a wasted shape.
You could have a slight alignment issue, but I can't see a problem with reducing the stud's length and or bending the mounts.

Norton 'engineered' thicker spacers (thicker than the main ISO spacer) under the Z plates to kick out the rear and give more clearance for the exh mount studs. They go under the Z on the rear and lower bolts. Item: SPACER - 5/8" THICK Part Number: 060471. Sometimes you have to add a 1/16" washer to get enough clearance. I had to shorten my studs also.
