Rocker Cover Breather Vents

When I torqued my headbolts recently, I noticed that the rocker cover had one of its breather vents blocked off. (The right side was blocked if my memory serves me well.) I was curious as to why?

Then, I was reading this post: crankcase-breather-kit-t27120.html

Some people in the thread have both of their breathers vents blocked off and some even have a rocker cover with no vents!

Should I block off the other vent?

I have the crankcase breather installed but I still get a small amount of oil in the airbag which I drain after every second or third ride.

NO , Don't block anything just yet. Can you send pictures Please ? Show us which is blocked and not and where the hoses are going. Normally after the Breather upgrade both banjos are blocked off BUT the crankcase is vented directly to the air box via the oil/air separator . Please send pictures of your entire breather system and engine. Some members report having both banjos tied together , that's OK . Before the update , the crankcase breather went up to the r/h banjo and then the l/h banjo went to the air box.
