I lived in South Africa for a number of years in the 80s and one of the main reasons for returning to the uk was guns
 
no mate i never had one but some of the people who did should never been allowed to own them lost a good friend who was accidentally shot and killed by his son.

Wow thats dreadful. First thought was for your friend, second thought for the poor son who has to live with that for the rest of his life...
 
Yes mate was horrible attending his funeral it happened at a drive in movie the gun was under the drivers seat the kid found it and accidentally fired it. Personally hate the bloody things i used to fly as part of my job and was the only pilot not to carry a gun
