RH 10 Head Value

I have a RH10 head that I am selling and need advice on its value.
It was on my race bike, has been flowed and ported and produces 70+ HP at the back wheel when run on several different dynes.
Has Black diamond Vv's , behive springs and comes with matched manifolds.
Excellent condition and need to know an estimate of its value.

Dunno . The beauty of this head RH 10 850 is the smaller intake ports , 30 mm. Also less chance of oil seepage intake issues with the valve guides . More supportive meat . Flowed and ported could make things thin . Again , Dunno , limit of this knowledge .
The RH 4 32 mm. intake port is thinned out at the guides , where aluminum cast meat is needed . Sounds like a good head for speedsters ,which I am not !

Your are targetting a limited audiance with this offering. The cylinder head is no longer original and it has seen competition use. All sort of flaws may turn up.

What would you value a stock head, sans rockers?

If in good shape (ok valve seats, valve guides, exhaust threads), around US$1200.00

However, most s/h heads require reconditioning.

This is my head. I put in new BD valves, guides, seats in when the welds were done in the 90s. Stock size.

This is my old RH10 head. My friend was an aircraft tool maker for Boeing in Seattle, so he bored out the header cups that the PO had stripped out and made some custom inserts from aircraft aluminium and chamfered the outside edge of the insert and the inside of the head cups and pressed them in.

I had them welded in by the guys at Dewey’s Cycle. We talked about machining the weld flush again, but decided to leave it as the welds are largely hidden by the rose nuts.

My friend then cut the threads.

Still in since early 90s. But I am using a FA head these last few years.
