I just built one to a 19" wheel. I got my spokes from Central Wheel in the UK. Just tell them you have a norvil dual disk hub and an 18" and they will set you up. They were $125 USD for a set of SS spokes and nipples.

Here's mine, RGM hub, Central Wheel SS Spokes and a 19" aluminum flanged rim from our own madass140, went together and trued easily. And looks awesome. Someday I'll get around to setting up the second disk and caliper.
