Request for advice concerning Belt Drive setup for an Atlas

is there a different offset? Also, in average riding by 65 - 70 year olds is there that much danger to the trans by not having a cush drive?

yes offset is different between Atlas and commando, cdo is offset by 3/16 on the right vs atlas.

I ran the Commando clutch (sans cush drive) for about 15K miles before going back to the Atlas clutch. I had no GB problems, likely because I was more mature at that time, and was not racing with myself and anyone else at every stop light. That said, I still think there is additional stress on the gears without a cush drive somewhere in the drive train, but you will likely get away without damage if you refrain from wheelstands and power shifts!

If you you want stock and cafe racer with open cases just use a 428 O ring chain, cheap and doesnt need oil.

I have sold dozens to Manx owners and they last very well with some racers getting over a seasons use.

Your chain should be 76 links.

What is the best brand of this chain, do you carry it, and price including shipping to Seattle?
