repo side cover burton bike bits

hi all has anyone bought a p11 side cover from burton bike bits repo just got one but fit is not good what mods are needed to get it near to being right thought i would check here before i started hacking bits of it thanks

I believe Burton's covers come from India. As so, they vary greatly. I have one that is slightly larger than an OEM, but not so much that it needs metal surgery. A friend has one that is nearly 3/16 of an inch larger in one dimension. I'm not a panel beater, so I can't help with what it needs. I'd try to find a good fabricator in your area for advice on re-working it.
