Rear wheel dished washer question...

A quick question-
Is the item number 32 on the rear wheel exploded diagram the same whether it has the outer diameter lip or not?
The diagram shows a dish on the brake drum and not on the wheel hub with the same part number.

I'm sorting through some parts to reassemble a brake drum with new double row bearing.

They are just felt seal holders. The lipped one is designed to wedge in the drum bearing bore to be a bugger to pick out. Those w/o lips get trapped in place by other stuff. New dual row bearings are sealed so don't need the felt seal rings. May have to mill drum bearing bore deeper to seat the new bearing and still get in the circlip.

I believe the one on the right, without the cupped lip is for the front hub assembly. There should be two like the one on the left for the rear.
