Rear Drum Brake Springs - MK2 850

Again, not wanting to sound condescending but are you sure you fitted the safety spring correctly? The one from AN on my bike made a lot of difference and the pedal is now held firmly against the stop screw whereas it wasn’t beforehand.

Yes it is fitted correctly, but mine is from RGM, not AN - that might be the difference.

Point taken - not so much for jewellery as keeping corrosion at bay in our humid weather conditions.
