Pass the point of a Commando?

When is a Commando no longer a Command? About all other cycles the brand-model name would follow the engine installed or engine name element in front of a hybrid name. Cute as the canted engine is and Much as I am disbelieved on the Commando potential others seem missing out on, to me its all about the two part horse and rider ingenious Isolastic cradle and frame. The rest are merely Norton engine powered hybrids named for their frame. I've worn out 3x's more 150 to 170 size non DOT balloon tires than both my Commandos combined and consider my factory Combat about the most limited dangerous bike I've almost died on but I never want to get off.
